Preparation and Procedure for Paper Submission

Template Files and Instructions:

The format for the papers is the same as for Accelerator Conference papers. However, there is no page limit! The template files and instruction can be downloaded here.

Submission:

  1. Send  the post script and the source file,  make sure it is named after the primary author. For example, if your name is John Smith then the filname you create should be John_Smith.ps.
  2. Use whatever FTP client you have and log in to ftp.ccd.bnl.gov as Username anonymous with your email address as the password.
  3. Once you are logged in be sure to change to the directory /incoming/Beam2000. This is where you can submit the post script version of your paper.
  4. Finally please send an email to Wolfram Fischer letting him know the name of the file you just submitted.
