Preparation and Procedure for Paper Submission

Instructions:

The format for the paper is the same as the format used at Pac '99. However there is one change to the instructions given at Pac '99. There is no page limit to the paper! For all other concerns margins, fonts, etc please go to the instruction file.

Template Files:

The Latex Template Files can be retrieved by downloading. Different Versions of Netscape or Internet Explorer have different procedures to download files.

LaTeX2e Templates to generate PostScript on letter size paper (8.5"x11").

2. Class file for LaTeX2e. (pac99.cls)
3. Encapsulated PostScript figure for the Example. (pacpic.eps)

Go to the PAC '99 website for MAC and Word templates files!

Submission:

1. Send only the post script file and make sure it is named after the primary author. For example, if your name is John Smith then the filname you create should be John_Smith.ps.
2. Use whatever FTP client you have and log in to ftp.rhic.bnl.gov as Username anonymous with your email address as the password.
3. Once you are logged in be sure to change to the directory /pub/LHC/IRcorr99/papers. This is where you can submit the post script version of your paper.
4. Finally please send an email to Rhianna Bianco letting her know the name of the file you just submitted.
